For the dough:
- Sour cream — 170 g
- Flour — 300–330 g
- Powdered sugar — 50 g
- Salt — 1/3 tsp
- Baking powder — 0.5 tsp
- Vanilla — a pinch
- Egg yolk — 1 pc
- Butter — 80 g
For the filling:
- Yagodar raspberry jam — 250 g
- Powdered sugar for decoration

Instructions:
1. Mix flour with baking powder, salt, vanilla, and butter. Rub until crumbly.
2. Add powdered sugar, sour cream, and egg yolk. Knead into an elastic dough and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3. Roll out the dough and cut it into triangles. Place Yagodar raspberry jam on each triangle and shape into crescents.
4. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 °C. Dust the finished crescents with powdered sugar.
